I realize that this study wasn't really designed to address or answer this question, but I'm thinking we should consume significant quantities of raw veggies. No surprise, I guess.

My diet tends to lean more toward the typical teenager, but at least now I think about what I'm putting in my body. AND the fact that I'm feeding and influencing my microbiota.
